USER EXPERIENCE

We delve into how people interact with digital artifacts, exploring the meaning of the experience and identifying opportunities for optimization. We design both qualitative and quantitative research frameworks to support the creation or refinement of digital touchpoints.

UNDERSTANDING

We investigate the psychological implications of digital tools to understand how people navigate the social and online arenas. We embrace technology to establish a deeper connection with people on their own ground, making research as natural and authentic as possible.

BRAND POSITIONING

We explore brands to understand what they represent in people’s minds today—and how they’ve come to be perceived that way. Our goal is above all to uncover their future direction and how they can navigate change and challenges ahead.

PEOPLE UNDERSTANDING

We help companies identify growth opportunities by defining and exploring consumer profiles through segmentations based on the most relevant traits. To make segmentations more useful and actionable, we map psychological and behavioral profiles that guide the design of new products, services, and touchpoints.

ADV & COMMUNICATION

We study communication by exploring the implications of both message form and content. Whether it’s an ad, a promo, packaging, or a sponsorship, we design research to help companies and agencies identify the creative solution that best aligns with the brand’s story and values.

PRODUCT

We have solid experience in exploring product potential – from new concepts to line extensions, all the way to defining new positioning or product design. We dive deep into all the elements that shape the experience, examining how a product is (or could be) used, its emotional value for users, and where and how its full potential can be best expressed.

TALENT & HR

We help companies get to know people – their daily lives and personal goals – to attract talent and build authentic relationships with employees. We design research projects to explore employer branding dynamics and the criteria different generations use when approaching the world of work, using ethnographic explorations, in-depth interviews, and quantitative studies.

CULTURAL INSIGHT

Sometimes the goal is to find new product concepts or fresh ways to communicate: we organize brainstorming sessions to spark innovative thinking, involving consumers or industry experts. We collaborate with design and communication agencies to generate new ideas.
